Privacy Policy

Sovnari does not require registration, an email address, or a Sovnari account. Never send a recovery phrase or private key to support.

1. Scope

Sovnari is wallet software for Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), and Dogecoin (DOGE), provided by TATSEN PAZARLAMA GIDA SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“TATSEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers the Sovnari app for iOS and iPadOS and this website.

2. No Sovnari account

Sovnari does not require registration, an email address, or a user account. Your wallet is not linked to an account held by TATSEN, and we do not operate an account through which we can access or control your assets.

3. Information stored on your device

Depending on the features you use, the app stores wallet credentials, public addresses, wallet names and settings, transaction history, cached balances and exchange rates, and security preferences within protected app storage on your device. TATSEN does not receive your recovery phrase or private keys through a login system.

Deleting a wallet removes its local wallet record from the app. Deleting Sovnari removes data in the app’s local container, subject to iOS behavior and system backups. An optional iCloud backup can remain until you delete it separately.

4. Optional encrypted iCloud backup

If you enable iCloud backup, Sovnari encrypts a wallet backup on your device and stores it in your personal iCloud environment. This feature is optional. Apple processes the related account, device, storage, and connection information under Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

TATSEN does not maintain a separate Sovnari account containing your iCloud backup. You are responsible for retaining access to the Apple Account and credentials required to restore the backup. Removing the app does not necessarily remove an existing backup.

5. Face ID, Touch ID, camera, photos, and clipboard

Face ID and Touch ID comparisons are performed by iOS. Sovnari receives only the authentication result and does not receive your face image, fingerprint, or biometric template.

When you choose to scan a QR code, Sovnari may use the camera or an image you select to read a supported address or payment request. Clipboard access occurs only when you choose a paste or copy action. Verify every network, recipient, amount, and fee before approving a transaction.

6. Blockchain and price-service connections

To show balances, retrieve history, estimate fees, obtain market prices, or broadcast a transaction, Sovnari connects to third-party blockchain infrastructure and price-data services. Those services may observe your IP address, public wallet addresses, transaction identifiers or data, the selected network, request timing, and ordinary technical request information.

Providers process this information under their own policies. These requests do not require Sovnari to send your recovery phrase, private keys, app passcode, or biometric data. Transaction signing uses wallet credentials on your device.

7. Public blockchain information

BTC, BCH, LTC, and DOGE use public blockchains. A broadcast transaction can reveal addresses, amounts, identifiers, and confirmation history permanently. TATSEN cannot delete a blockchain record, reverse a confirmed transaction, or prevent analysis of public activity.

8. Support communications

If you contact support, we receive the information you voluntarily provide and the contact information needed to respond. We use it to investigate the request, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Support will never need your recovery phrase, private key, app passcode, biometric information, Apple Account password, or iCloud credential.

9. Disclosure and retention

Information you intentionally provide to support may be handled by personnel or service providers involved in responding and may be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process. Third-party blockchain, market-data, and Apple services process their own request information under their policies.

Local wallet data remains until you remove the wallet or app. iCloud backups remain subject to your iCloud settings. Third-party providers determine how long they retain request records. Support records may be kept as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain records, and comply with law.

10. Your choices and deletion

To delete a wallet, open Settings → Wallet Management, select the wallet, choose Remove Wallet, and confirm. Delete an optional iCloud backup separately from the wallet details or applicable iCloud storage controls. Deleting local or cloud data does not remove information recorded on a public blockchain.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information held by TATSEN. We generally cannot retrieve, change, or delete wallet information stored only on your device or in your personal iCloud environment. A privacy request can apply to information you separately provided to support.

11. Security

No device, application, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device passcode, keep iOS and Sovnari updated, verify transactions, and store recovery information securely. Anyone who obtains a recovery phrase or private key may be able to control the associated assets.

12. International processing and children

Apple and third-party service providers may process request or support information outside your country. Sovnari is intended for people who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and does not use an account system to collect age.

13. Changes

We may update this policy when Sovnari, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published at sovnari.site/privacy with an updated date.
