Terms of Use

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Verify the network, recipient, amount, and fee before approving a transaction.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Sovnari, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Sovnari.

2. What Sovnari provides

Sovnari is wallet software for Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), and Dogecoin (DOGE). It can create or import wallet credentials, display public blockchain information, prepare and sign transactions on your device, and submit signed transactions to supported networks.

Sovnari is provided by TATSEN PAZARLAMA GIDA SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“TATSEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). TATSEN is not your bank, exchange, broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, payment processor, or blockchain network. TATSEN does not hold your assets, control your private keys, or approve transactions for you.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use Sovnari only if you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, tax rules, sanctions, and restrictions that apply to you.

4. Your wallet credentials

You control the recovery phrase and private keys associated with your wallet. You are responsible for securing those credentials, your device and passcode; keeping an accurate recovery method; preserving access needed for an optional iCloud restore; checking that a restored wallet produces the expected addresses; and protecting the wallet from malware, phishing, theft, and unauthorized access.

TATSEN does not retain a recoverable copy of your wallet credentials through a Sovnari account. Support cannot reveal, reset, replace, or reconstruct a lost recovery phrase or private key.

5. Transactions are your instructions

A transaction approved with your wallet credentials is treated as an instruction authorized by you. You must verify the blockchain network, asset, recipient address, amount, and network fee before approval.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once broadcast. TATSEN cannot cancel, reverse, freeze, refund, redirect, or recover a transaction. An incorrect address or network, malicious QR code, or compromised credential may cause permanent loss.

6. Networks, confirmations, and fees

BTC, BCH, LTC, and DOGE networks operate independently of TATSEN. Miners, nodes, and other participants determine whether and when a transaction is accepted or confirmed. Network fees are paid to network participants, not to TATSEN. Congestion, outages, reorganizations, forks, protocol changes, or rejection may delay or prevent a transaction.

7. Prices and information

Prices, exchange rates, balances, fees, confirmation estimates, and transaction details shown by Sovnari are informational and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are not investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transfer an asset.

8. Third-party infrastructure

Sovnari relies on third-party blockchain nodes, explorers, APIs, price services, Apple services, and internet infrastructure. They are owned and controlled by others and may have separate terms and privacy policies. TATSEN does not guarantee their accuracy, privacy practices, security, compatibility, or continued availability.

9. Optional iCloud backup

Sovnari may offer an optional encrypted backup stored in your personal iCloud environment. You decide whether to enable it. The feature is subject to Apple’s availability, account access, storage limits, terms, and security controls. You are responsible for retaining all access needed to restore the backup. TATSEN cannot bypass Apple Account controls or reconstruct missing recovery credentials.

10. Device authentication and QR scanning

Face ID and Touch ID are access-control features performed by iOS. A successful biometric result does not prove that a proposed blockchain transaction is correct. Camera and image scanning can import QR content supplied by another person or service. Verify the decoded network, recipient, amount, and other details before approval.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use Sovnari to violate applicable law or another person’s rights; distribute harmful code; interfere with or overload Sovnari or third-party infrastructure; attempt unauthorized access; mislead others about a modified copy; or facilitate fraud, theft, or deception.

12. Ownership and open-source components

Sovnari branding, interface, documentation, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and App Store rules, TATSEN grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Sovnari on devices you own or control.

Source code and third-party components published at github.com/sovnara remain subject to the licenses included with them.

13. Updates and availability

We may release updates, change supported features or providers, suspend parts of the app, or discontinue distribution. We do not guarantee that Sovnari, a provider, or a blockchain feature will always be available, uninterrupted, compatible, or error-free. Maintaining an independent recovery method remains your responsibility.

14. Assumption of risk

Digital assets are volatile and may lose some or all of their value. Wallet software, devices, operating systems, networks, blockchain protocols, cryptography, and third-party services may fail or be attacked. You accept risks including exposed or missing credentials, device compromise, user error, malicious QR content, software defects, provider failure, network events, and changes in law.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sovnari is provided “as is” and “as available.” TATSEN disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. This does not exclude a consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TATSEN and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of assets, profits, data, opportunity, goodwill, or access arising from Sovnari. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold TATSEN harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from unlawful use of Sovnari, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

18. Apple App Store

If you obtained Sovnari from Apple’s App Store, your use is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and App Store Usage Rules. These Terms are between you and TATSEN. TATSEN, rather than Apple, is responsible for Sovnari and its support to the extent required by law. Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of this section where permitted by Apple’s terms.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Sovnari, third-party services, or applicable requirements. The current version will be published at sovnari.site/terms with an updated date.

20. Governing law and general provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts and enforcement offices in Adana, Türkiye where legally permitted. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
